LAUNCHED IN 1999 WITH THE COLLECTION ‘DADDY I WANT A PONY’, THE LUELLA LABEL SIGNIFIED A PERIOD OF FUN AND CARELESSNESS IN THE FASHION INDUSTRY AND THE RESURGENCE OF ‘COOL BRITANNIA’ (LILY ALLEN, KATE MOSS AND PIXIE GELDOF WERE FANGIRLS TOO). CLOSING IN 2009, THE LABEL HAS GONE ON TO ACQUIRE CULT STATUS AND WILL ALWAYS HAVE A PLACE IN OUR FASHION HEARTS.

MARCHIONESS PAYS TRIBUTE TO BOTH THE BRAND AND THE WOMAN BEHIND IT — LUELLA BARTLEY — BY PLAYING DRESS UP WITH MODEL CHAR MCKELVIE IN SOME OF THE MOST ICONIC DESIGNS, STYLED ALONGSIDE HILLIER BARTLEY AND HOUSE OF HARLOT.
